Vnano Precision Engineering Sdn Bhd specialises in precision fabrication solutions ranging from machining parts, jigs & fixtures, tools & dies, and automation machine assembly mainly for the semiconductor and electrical industries.
Our company was founded by an experienced team with over 20 years of industry experience and a senior staff with over 5 years of experience in planning, engineering, and quality control.

Established in 2011, demand for quality precision engineering solutions at competitive prices served as the catalyst to drive our company’s rapid expansion in a few short years, taking our company a workshop business to a 6900 square foot facility in Teknologi Cheng in 2013 and then to a 25,000 square foot facility at Krubong Industrial Park in 2018.
To meet this demand, our company today staffs over 50 trained workers who run our production lines 24 hours a day to produce quality precision engineering solutions round the clock to accommodate any project schedule.

Complete Automation Machine Assembly

| In addition, in 2016, our company completed its first automation machine assembly, marking a milestone in its technical capabilities and experience throughout the machine fabrication process from start to finish - including robotics, software, digitalised data, plant design, and manufacturing processes to achieve maximum production efficiencies with minimal labour requirements.

Serving Overseas Customers

In 2014, we expanded our business into Singapore, and now most of our solutions requests come from the city state as well as West Malaysia. Our experience working with overseas customers has given our export and logistics teams confidence in providing top quality services to customers outside of Malaysia.
We have huge potential for further expansion, thanks in part to our exemption from sales tax and service tax (SST) for all imports and exports by Malaysian Industrial Development Authority (MIDA). This exemption allows us to offer competitive pricing on our products and services enabling us to better serve customers.

| Vnano Precision Engineering Sdn Bhd obtained ISO 9001:2015 certification, demonstrating the company’s competencies in organisation, leadership, planning, support, operations, performance, evaluation, and improvement.

In 2022, our company received approval from MIDA for our Green Technology initiative, which includes the installation of a solar system over our building through the GITA project. We are proud to have fulfilled the Green Criteria, and this achievement is a testament to our commitment to sustainability and the environment.
By installing a solar system, we not only reduce our carbon footprint, but also significantly reduce our product costs. This enables us to offer competitive prices to our customers, providing them with exceptional value for their investment.
